The Consulate of Viet Nam in New York has been in operation since January 2011, providing visas to Viet Nam, legalization of documents and all other consular services. One of the Consulate's mission is to actively contribute to the development of bilateral realtions and all-round exchanges between the North Eastern part of the US and Viet Nam.

By law, the Consulate has the duty to facilitates applications for visas and all requests for authentication of documents from all 50 States in the US.

Encouraged by increasing number of US travellers arriving in Viet Nam in recent years, which contributes to further strong connections and more fruitful economic exchanges between the two countries, the Consulate is fully committed to its services, by having officers to pick-up all incomming phone calls during and after business hours.
